Langkah

1. Campur Daging ikan tenggiri, air, garam aduk rata, masukkan bawang halus, campur rata, Tepung terigu dicampur dengan air panas, aduk rata sampai seperti bubur, sisihkan.Campur bubur tepung terigu dengan daging ikan tenggiri halus hingga rata, masukkan tepung sagu uleni dengan jari jari tangan. Langkah

1. 

   Campurkan tepung terigu, kanji, mentega, garam, 1 buah telur dikocok lepas, dan air. Aduk rata agar tidak ada yang menggumpal. Kekentalan adonan tepung harus diperhatikan.

   Kuliti wortel dan kentang, potong dadu kecil. Haluskan bawang putih+merah merica dan garam. 
   Panaskan minyak 2 sendok makan, tumis bumbu halus lalu masukkan wortel dan kentang. Tumis sebentar, tambahkan air aduk terus sampai kering.

   Panaskan teplon anti lengket, ambil adonan tepung secukupnya, datarkan seperti kulit lumpia. Angkat setelah kering.

   Letakkan isi di bagian tepi, lalu lipat bagian tepi kiri dan kanan ke arah dalam lalu gulung.

   Celupkan ke dalam telur yang dikocok lepas setelah itu gulingkan ke tepung panir. Panaskan minyak dengan api kecil, goreng hingga kecoklatan.

Es Krim, Ide Jualan

Ini bunsay jualanku setiap hari ice cream 3 rasa. Ada vanila, stroberry sama kacang hijau. Cara membuat es krim berbagai rasa cukup mudah. Saya jual dengan harga terjangkau cukup 1000an rupiah saja. Yang biru dicup itu ice krim rasa kacang hijau bun, kalau yang biru besar dibawah itu ice pec sebagai gantinya es batu biar awet beku jika dijual.

Ice Cream Berbagai Rasa

Sebenarnya ada tepung ice cream tapi saya pilih pakai resep bunda winantawin. Mixer kurang lebih 15 menit ya bun doakan ya bunsay supaya laris manis uang terkumpul untuk umroh amin semoga saja Allah memberi kelancaran. Terimakasih ya bunda ini bun resepnya.

Resep Ice Cream

Bahan 1:

• 2 sdm maizena (munjung)
• 1 butir telur
• 1 kaleng skm
• 1 sachet vanili
• 300 ml air
• Garam secukupnya
• 1 sdt sp yang sudah ditim

Bahan 2:

• 700 ml air

Cara Membuat Ice Cream

1. Bahan 1 dimasak sampai mengetal dan meletup-leteup kecuali sp. Angkat dinginkan.
2. Skm dicampur air yang 300 ml untuk masak bahan 1 yang 700 ml untuk mixer adonan yang sudah mengental tadi.
3. Setelah dingin campur susu yang 700 ml lalu mixer tambahkan sp.
4. Masukkan freezer kalau sudah setengah beku dimixer lagi ditambah sp lagi.
5. Selesai tinggal masuk cup.
6. Masalah rasa menurut selera pakai redbel atau popice juga bisa.

Pakai santan juga boleh kok bun itu saya pakai susu segar. Masalahnya di tempat saya cuman 5000 per liternya kalau skm sudah 11000. Satu kaleng skm hanya bisa untuk buat 1 resep kalau susu segar 2 resep. Kalau pakai skm gula pasirnya 150 gram dan jika menggunakan susu segar 250 gram. Susu yang sudah dicairkan pakai air 700 itu bun. Susu dibagi 2 bun 300 ml untuk bahan 1, 700 ml untuk bahan 2.
